By downloading, installing, or using StockLane (the 'App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

StockLane is an educational demand-intelligence tool. It surfaces a modeled 'demand signal' index, trends, and suggested actions derived from free public data feeds (see 'Data Sources & Method') and, where you choose to connect them, third-party feeds you supply. It does not report actual sales and is an informational, decision-support tool only — not professional advice.

All forecasts, signals, confidence scores, purchase-order suggestions, and financial figures are informational estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional business advice. You are solely responsible for all purchasing, inventory, and business decisions made using the App.

You use the App entirely AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU — not the developer, owners, or affiliates of StockLane — are solely and fully responsible for any decisions, actions, purchases, inventory, shipping, financial, or business outcomes you make or take based on the App, its demand signals, forecasts, or AI answers. You are also responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data or API endpoint you connect, for maintaining the security of any API keys you enter, and for complying with the terms of any third-party service you integrate, and you agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of any applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you knowingly assume all risks arising from your use of the App and you RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and agree to HOLD HARMLESS StockLane and its developer, owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to your use of, or reliance on, the App. The developer shall not be responsible or liable for any such decisions, actions, or outcomes.

Optional auto-renewable subscriptions unlock unlimited AI Ask attempts (StockLane Pro, monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Restore Purchases is available in-app. Prices are shown before purchase. Unused free-tier attempts do not carry over.

The App can connect to endpoints and AI services that you configure (including your own data feeds and the AI assistant). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. StockLane is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

THE APP IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOCKLANE AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, INVENTORY, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR CAD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StockLane and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App, your connected data sources, or your violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms or the App at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
